Facebook in, privacy out...

Security issues, data breach, privacy invasion and use abuse are all rife on Facebook today. It has become a research tool for thieves, a platform to perpetuate hate groups and expand political and social rows among others. Last month, Rebecca Javeleau, a British teen who wanted to celebrate her 15th birthday with close friends, created a Facebook invite. She had meant to invite. She had meant to invite only 15 friends but the number of people who confirmed their attendance reached 21,000... Her invitation had gone viral simply because she failed to mark her invitation "private". She had to call off her birthday party.
in other case, Police in New Hampshire in the United States caught up with some "Friends" who broke into homes after finding out broke into homes after finding out that their victims were away on vacation, based on their victims were away on vacation, based on their Facebook status updates.

The were notion of "clickjacking" attack that exploit the "Like" and "Share" functionality to trick users into sharing malicious content with their friends. Business and other organizations can be victims of cyber-crooks using stolen employee information to their advantages. A survey conducted late last year revealed that Facebook is the worst security threat among all the social networking sites.

It has a built-in speaker which produces decent sound for presentation.

How to Get the Love You Want

Many women long for a romantic connection. The desire to love and be loved can lead some to rush into relationships or compromise their wants and settle for a Mr. Right-Now instead of the sought-after Mr. Right. If you are on a relentless quest for a quality relationship but keep coming up dry, consider some ways in which you could increase the effectiveness of your hunt and more quickly produce the love that you desire. Trust us- a good relationship is worth the wait...

  1. Stop and Think

Think critically about who you are and what you want. You can't find the love you want if you don't know what you want. Try to step back from yourself and take an honest look at who you are and what makes you tick to ensure that your next relationship isn't just a lustful attraction but instead a meeting of the minds.

  2. Try New Methods

Try new romance-seeking methods. Some women resist trying different options. Don't just rely on bars or hope to meet someone passively. Instead, actively seek love by exploring Internet dating, allowing friends to set you up, or even giving singles mixers or speed dating a go. You never know what you might find.

  3. Take a Closer Look

Explore previously platonic relationships. While you think that one of your best guy buds is nothing more than a friend, you may find that some love could bloom if given the option. "The Huffington Post" reports that women finding love with men who are just friends is highly common, particularly in a digital world full of Facebook friending and tweeting. Don't force love where there isn't any romantic inkling, but at the same time, don't refuse to let love develop where the opportunity exists.

  4. Don't Hang On

End relationships that are unproductive promptly. Some women hang on to relationships that they know are wanting simply because they don't want the stigma of being single. In truth, being single is better than stagnating in a stinker of a relationship. Once you decide you are through with a guy, don't string him along and hope the relationship gets better. Instead, pull the plug and seek a new romantic conquest.

  5. No Obsessing!

Get positive about your life. Obsessing about your love life--or your lack of a love life--is not productive, reports CNN. Instead of spending your every waking hour bemoaning the fact that you are still single, think positive thoughts and push negativity out of your head. Positive thoughts lead to happiness and happiness may just lead you to find the love of your life.

Love- how to get it hot... like 1st love...

Don't Let Money Problems Ruin Your Marriage

There’s no right way for married couples to manage their money. But there are plenty of wrong ways. “Financial issues are the primary reason for 90 percent of divorce cases I handle,” says John Thyden, a prominent Washington, D.C., divorce attorney. “But it isn’t necessarily the amount of money a couple has that tends to trip them up. It’s the differences in their spending habits and especially their lack of communication.” Here are some issues to watch out for. And while you're at it, try adopting these habits of the happiest couples.

1. Relationship Neglect
Pssst...sometimes arguments about money are actually about not paying enough attention to your marriage (do this to stop having the same fight), rather than your financial situation. When spouses feel neglected, they may resort to spending cash on items they can't afford or bring up their partner's buying habits as a way to retaliate for deeper issues. Examine the root of your fights and determine whether your fiscal concerns are actually a by-product of hurt feelings. Then, if necessary, get started on a marriage makeover.

2. Love Is Blind
At the beginning of a relationship, money often isn't an issue. Love can be intoxicating, and some spouses express their emotions by lavishing their partner with exorbitant spending sprees, jetting off to exotic vacations, and other costly pursuits (don't make these money mistakes). Then reality sets in, and couples have to worry about their rent or mortgage, kids and living expenses. A financial planner can help you get your finances back on track and develop a budget that you can stick to. Plus, set out some financial rules to follow as a couple.

3. When Women Are the Breadwinners
Women are the breadwinners in one out of three dual-income families today. Although earning more money can be beneficial, it also challenges traditional gender roles, so that wives may feel guilty about putting less time into mom duties while husbands may feel like they've failed somehow. Set up equal spending rights with your spouse so that you're both on the same page.

4. Keeping Up with the Joneses
It can be easy for couples to become envious of other couples' spending habits and feel like they need to live beyond their means just to keep up. However, this can lead to debt and put a significant amount of stress on a marriage. Do some digging with your spouse and work together to diminish these insecurities.

5. A Lack of Open Communication

Not knowing exactly where your money is going each month can spark resentment. Have an honest conversation with your partner where you both break down the spending in your household. Discuss your priorities and decide together if you need to cut back or add to a specific category.

5 Fitness Myths You Need to Forget

1. Walking is not as effective as running.
Sure, you'll burn about twice as many calories running for 30 minutes than walking for 30 minutes. But if a runner and a walker cover the same distance, they burn about the same number of calories. So if you're willing to take the 'slow route,' you'll likely lose just as much weight. In fact, studies have proved that how long you exercise matters more than how hard you exercise.

2. Exercise increases hunger
It's a common misconception: If you burn hundreds of calories during a workout, you'll end up eating more. But research shows that exercise has no effect on a person's food needs, with the exception of endurance athletes who exercise for two hours a day or more. In fact, research shows that exercise often suppresses hunger during and after the workout.

3. It doesn't matter where your calories come from
Calories are not created equal. First, some foods (in particular, proteins) take more energy to chew, digest, metabolize, and store than others. Others (such as fats and carbohydrates) require fewer calories to digest and store. Second, different food types have different effects on your blood sugar. Refined carbohydrates (think white bread, cookies, and fruit drinks) raise blood sugar levels dramatically, which encourages fat storage, weight gain, and hunger. Fibrous foods like apples, as well as proteins, raise blood sugar less, making them friendlier to your waistline. Finally, foods that contain a lot of water, such as vegetables and soup, tend to fill the belly on fewer calories, so you'll stop eating them way before you stop eating more calorie-dense foods.

4. Diet alone is enough for sustained weight loss
You'll lose weight in the short term by slashing calories, but experts say exercise is what keeps pounds off for good. Exercise burns calories, of course. It also builds muscle, which takes up less space than fat. Muscle tissue also requires more calories to sustain it than fat tissue does. In other words, the more muscle tissue you have, the more calories you'll burn at rest. In fact, some studies suggest that over the long term, if you had a choice of eating consistently less or exercising consistently more, exercise would be the better weight-loss choice.

5. There is no best time for exercise
If you're simply walking to get healthy or take off some weight, it doesn't matter when you do it, as long as you do it. But if you're an athlete looking for the best-quality workout, choose the late afternoon, when body temperature is highest. Muscles are warm, reaction time is quick, and strength is at its peak. If you push yourself harder as a result, you will burn more calories.

My MIS-discuss about how a company store its data for more than 20-30 years...

This week discussion about how a company store its data for more than 20-30 years. i been searching for info about it for 3 days until housemate told me that the company the he being working for using magnetic tape... sound not familiar to me... but it is on of kind that can storage huge amount of data...

What is magnetic tape?

Magnetic tape is a medium for magnetic recording, made of a tin magnetizable coating on a long, narow strip of plastic. Most audio, video and computer data storage   is this type. It was developed in Germany, based on  magnetic wire recording. Devices that record and play back audio and video using magnetic tape are tape recorders and video tape recorders. A device that stores computer data on magnetic tape is a tape drive.(wikipedia)

Use of Magnetic Tape in Computers
Floppy disks use magnets to store data, as do most hard drives. The earliest form of disk storage involved magnetic tape on reels. These early disk drives retrieved data more slowly than modern disk drives. Magnetic tape drives still see use even in the most modern of Information Technology departments. The relatively low cost of magnetic tape systems means that IT departments save money by using magnetic computer tape drives.

In class, I am the shyness person. My class has four girl students and never talks to them until form three. .   I still can remember my entire classmate. My career as amateur scorer player. When I was in form one, I been selected to join the school soccer team and I played very well. Unfortunately when I was form two, I cannot play in the inter school competition because my tendon was injured. Nevertheless, I managed to recover and been selected in distract team (Segamat team) under 16. That time I am only 14 year old and so proud of it. That time, I have to cycle from my school to district field everyday in 3 weeks. It is about 3 km. Despite that I can play my delight sport, I also been paid RM 5.00 per day. That time, that kind of amount is huge and really makes me proud of myself.

When I was in form 3, I played for my school team, won the Champion School cup, and played for Segamat in Batu Pahat. I been selected to play in Nike Cup team but I refused to play because PMR just around the corner that time. I also played for my team school until I was in form 5. I really like to play soccer and when I was playing the soccer school team, we achieved lots of victory and high achievement. Thanks to my father and my school soccer coach cikgu Nasir cause being such a nice coach. He is very straight and serious when conducted the training session but very motivate when the game in played.
