Try a raw carrot and banana. The beta arotene and potassium can reduce risk of heart disease by preventing plague build up on the artery.


Eat right with mood enhancing foods such as milk, yogurt, tuna and chicken which contain high level of lorain food tryptophan. 



Japanese diet: Replace bread with rice for daily energy. Steam fish, seafood & crab are delicacies to lover cholesterol and brain nutrition


Celery contain a lot of calcium carbonate easily absorbed, good for heart and rich in potassium may prevent edema* at lower part of the body.
*Edema-is swelling caused by fluid retention - excess fluid is trapped in the body's tissues. In the  UK/Ireland/Australasia and some other countries the word is spelled oedema. Swelling caused by edema commonly occurs in the hands, arms, ankles, legs and feet. It is usually linked to the venous or lymphatic systems. Edema was formerly known as dropsy or hydropsy. Orange juice is a magical drink that enhances our immune system, prevents heart diseases, stroke and bruises and strengthen blood vessels.


Apple diet method: Intake apple and drink water (no limit) throughout the diet period no other food is allowed.
